Terms and Conditions
These terms cover the RA-FI Intelligent SMS demo described below. They do not enroll you in messaging or change the operation of other RA-FI demonstrations. SMS consent is requested separately on the demo form.
SMS Terms - RA-FI Intelligent SMS demo
Program and consent. RA-FI AI Solutions, the business name used by the registered ra-fi Sole Proprietor Brand, offers an optional AI Business Outreach demonstration. By checking the separate SMS consent box and submitting your own US mobile number, you request automated AI text messages for this demo. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of other RA-FI website features. Do not enroll another person's number. Contact requests and Live Calls consent do not authorize SMS.
Frequency and allowance. You may receive one opening text and up to eight AI replies per normalized mobile number over the lifetime of the demo. The opening does not count. Message frequency depends on your replies; each conversational AI reply follows a message from you. The eighth AI reply ends with a friendly RA-FI sign-off. No additional AI replies are sent after the limit. Technical failures, opt-out, inactivity, safety controls or usage budgets may end the demo sooner. This is an allowance, not a guarantee of eight delivered replies. Re-enrolling, clearing browser data or sending START does not reset it.
Rates and delivery. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Check with your carrier. Delivery may be delayed or fail, and service availability is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. STOP/HELP and carrier-generated confirmations are not AI replies and may be subject to messaging charges. Sending extra messages after the demo ends does not extend it.
STOP and HELP. Reply STOP to stop demo messages. You may receive an opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance or contact https://www.ra-fi.com/contact/. RA-FI stores your opt-out. Although START may remove the carrier's opt-out block, this demo does not restart after STOP and its lifetime allowance does not reset. Messages already accepted for delivery may arrive while an opt-out is being processed.
AI demonstration limits. You are communicating with RA-FI's AI assistant. It explores your business/project needs and practical automation ideas. It does not book appointments, purchase products, enter contracts or complete business actions. Replies may be inaccurate and require your judgment. Do not rely on this demo for emergencies or send sensitive or confidential information.
Privacy and retention. RA-FI processes messages, consent, suppression, delivery and usage records as explained in the Privacy Policy at https://www.ra-fi.com/privacy/#intelligent-sms. Twilio delivers messages, OpenAI generates replies and Cloudflare stores private application state. Content and first name are removed by scheduled cleanup after becoming eligible 30 days from enrollment; minimal records remain for suppression, lifetime limits and accounting. SMS opt-in information is not sold or shared for third-party or affiliate marketing/promotional purposes.
Availability and changes. RA-FI may pause or end this demo for technical, abuse, safety or budget reasons. Pausing does not erase consent/suppression records, reset the allowance or cancel carrier charges already incurred. Any different messaging program requires its own appropriate consent.
